Lunchtime at Southwaite services. Means it’s my turn to drive! Getting windier (we were blown around the services) as we go on.

Homeward bound!

Heading back home in a few minutes. Sad to be leaving behind these awesome family members, but happy to be going to see the boy again!

When times are hard and you’re feeling down, family are the best people to be around. I’ve laughed until I’ve cried, multiple times, and had many a heart to heart.

Thank you to my Newcastle family (and Grandma) for cheering me up and offering me a home away from home.

Last night in Newcastle, means Gin and Tonics (2/3 Gin, 1/3 Tonic…only kidding…slightly…) with the fabulous threesome of Grandma, Tracey and Steve.

Been a great few days with some awesome people, and we shall celebrate with pizza!

Poor Isabella has a horrible cold, so it’s off out shopping with Grandma! We looked for presents for people, and at increasing my trouser collection (I’m on my last pair of Jeans!)

Although we didn’t buy anything, we got lots of ideas and felt that we deserved a coffee…mine was iced (perfect for a cold Winter day…)

Gotta earn my keep by helping my cousin decorate the tree…looks pretty darn good if I do say so myself.

Visited Santa’s grotto, walked around Cragside and then consumed a cheeky coffee with Baileys. Back to the house to warm up, wrapped in blankets and sleeping bags, with a BIG glass of ginger wine.

Ready for the cold and getting dressed to go out and visit Santa. You wouldn’t guess that I’m wearing 3 layers of clothes would you?

My cousin was fabulous in her dance show. She was put at the front to lead them all! Best costume too!

Stumbled upon a Christmas market and consumed Ginger Wine with a crazy man…then out for sushi! Now going to watch my cousin getting her groove on whilst wearing sweets.

Been driving round Newcastle today. Stopped for Greggs sausage rolls and am currently reliving my lunchtime yesterday…eating in the car.
